התוכנה מאופיינת עם המאגר הצומח והכמעט מושלם של משאבים אינטראקטיבים. אפילו בעל אתר מתחיל ללא שום מושג בבנית אתרים או בשפת PERL יכול באמצעות התוכנה לבנות,לפתח ולנהל את אתרו תוך שלוש דקות אחרי הורדת התוכנה.
